What is Tox?

“Tox” is a shorthand term often used in med spas to refer to injectable treatments like Botox or similar botulinum toxin-based products. These treatments are used to temporarily relax facial muscles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, particularly in areas like the forehead, around the eyes (crow’s feet), and between the eyebrows (frown lines). Most people experience minimal discomfort during Tox injections. The needles used are very fine, and a numbing cream can be applied to the treatment area beforehand to minimize any discomfort.
